When you tick the box “I accept the buying conditions” you are declaring that you have read and accept unreservedly these Conditions of Sale, and in particular the following:
1. You may not place a speculative, false, or fraudulent order.

2. You undertake to provide your actual e-mail address, postal address, and/or other contact details.
3. Don’t forget that if you don’t give us all the information we need, we cannot process your order.
In any case, before confirming the purchase order, you must confirm that you accept these Conditions by activating the box “I accept the buying conditions”.

HOW TO MAKE THE PURCHASE

To make a purchase you will have to register as a Registered User, which will give you the opportunity of (apart from purchasing) receiving our Newsletter, of enjoying discounts and privileges, of accessing your shopping history, and of storing your mailing and invoicing details so you won’t have to enter them again for future purchases.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address from our company’s Customer Service Department.

ACCEPTING THE PURCHASE AND CONFIRMING RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
The purchase must be accepted by activating the “Place Order” button. After that, please follow the next steps:
(i) Indicate your personal details (including the delivery address) so we can process your order;
(ii) Select the delivery modality;
(iii) Select the payment method;
(iv) Once you have reviewed the order, accept the Purchase Conditions by ticking on the corresponding box, and then activate the button “Buy now”:
If you choose to make the payment by credit card or Paypal, you will then be redirected to the safe environment of Alpha eCommerce or Paypal (as applicable) to make the payment.
Once the purchase has been completed and the payment made, you will receive an e-mail with an identification code for you to be able to check the status of your order.

The offer of the items in shop.tiktoathens.com shall be valid as long as such offers exist in the referred website, save as for those cases where an end date of the offer is specified, such as in promotions.
In any case, all orders are subject to product availability; if supply or stock difficulties arise, we will refund you any amount that you may have paid.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the product will be that stipulated on our website.
All prices are given in Euro (EUR).
The prices included on the website include 24% VAT for Greece.
Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders for which we have already sent a mailing confirmation.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an e-mail which confirms successful completion of your order. Once your product is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you may monitor the progress of your orders through the tracking number assigned to shipment.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If the reason for returning an item lies with our Company, we take full responsibility for any shipping costs involved in the return at our expense; we will then send back the correct item at the shipping address you have indicated, via courier.
Should you return an item you decided you don’t want, you incur only the cost directly involved in having to ship the item(s) back to us.
You have 15 days to decided whether to keep or return an item.
